I am from khi.living in nazimabad.. 23 years of age.i dont know whats going on with me now a days. I became afraid of going outside even with my friend. I fear that somebody will kidnapp me. I afraid when cars pases by my side.my head spins. I left my studies.. dont know what to do .. no enjoyment.. does we really need to afraid? Is something very serious about it? Living in karachi is really dangerous for girls?

i understand what you are going through. This is called 'post traumatic syndrome' which one goes through after a nasty accident like armed robbery, or violent mobile snatching.
I believe you need help, I suggest you consult a psychiatrist who will treat you through medication and counselling.
