The branch manager told me that he will pass his recommendations to the general manager. He also introduced me to the supervisor and toured me in the office and working area. Does it means that i get the job?

they already called me and offered the job but some of the agreement during the interview were not followed. Can i demand a negotiation? What are my chances?
