try Gulf daily newspaper there are many companies there for cleaning but be careful some of them charge a lot so better to ask how much they charge. but if you need house keeping I have one who is doing my cleaning for very good price.

Yeah Stakan, I agree with Josnuggles ... call the landlord. They have to do this for you.

If the landlord doesn't provide you any service, you can ask them to give you the phone number of a cleaning service they use for the building. It shouldn't cost a lot of money.
If the sofa is not yours and if you recently moved into the property, the landlord should replace it with a new one.
