Hi,

I'm contemplating to move to Chennai, India next year but need some advice. I'm on a career break for 3 years as im trying to complete my ACCA studies fulltime before joining back the workforce.

I would like to know :

1.how shall i go about searching for a suitable job in accounting/finance in Chennai?

2.Where shall i look for apartment to rent as i have 3 dependents living with me?

3.how can/shall i transfer money from my country to Chennai so that i can use it for various expenses like booking for a flat/house?

4.How much basic pay that i should expect while living in Chennai?

Welcome to expat-blog!

I suggest you to post an advert in the Banking, finance and accountancy jobs in Chennai section, this might be helpful.

The Flats for rent in Chennai section might help you to find out an apartment, feel free to post your advert there too.

In order to get more information, I suggest you to read some topics on the Chennai forum. This might help.
