i am an indian and coming alone to kampala.PLz let me know is it worth to sign a bond of 3 years for this location as my parents are very much concerned about the security and they r offering me a salary of 1000$ .Plz let me know is this salary enough if they r offering me accomodation as well.

The salary is enough if they are providing you with accommodation.Are you paying for utilities? 1000 dollars is roughly 2.6 million Uganda Shillings. With utilities included, it will be roughly 2.5 million. Nonetheless you will still have more than enough money to spend on food, entertainment and save.
