Hello to all,

I'm looking to rent my apartment for the month of July, perhaps beginning of August.

It is located in Moda, Kadikoy, on a quiet street with a small balcony for sunny breakfasts. Just a 10 minute walk from the boat piers to the European side, a 5-minute walk from the water-front.

Ideal for two, it can also accommodate four people as there is a nice sofa-bed.

The price will depend on how many people stay and for how long.

May I ask who would be interested in renting it? Tourists who would rather be in an apartment than a hotel? I would need more information on the potential tenants.
