If it's converted I suggest you go to Google search hotels in the area and see if any resemble your memories, in terms of architecture and location.

from what I see this hotel still exists, but the address is in St Paul's Bay - check this site and there's more info including the phone number to the hotel: http://hotels-malta-pl.ghix.com/st_paul … 277pl.html

Is it now the Topaz Hotel ? Thats on the street Stanton Court was listed on.

I seen this pic on Flickr too which might bring bk some memories.

Thanks for the heads up on this one but I have checked this complex and it isn't the hotel which we stayed at. If its of any help to you it was about 0.5 kilometer away from the sea front. If you travel out of Bugibba on the main road it was sort of to the right, right next to a corner restaurant and bar called the "Spaghetti Junction" and quite near another little restaurant called "La Lampara" or something like that.

Spagetti junction is still there and going strong.

Thanks a million for your reply. The photo I am sure, is the rear of the hotel. Our room was on the corner just out of shot. But I am now confused because The Topaz was hotel a little further down the road whilst we were there. Do you know if the Topaz has moved to the Stanton Court site?
I can see from the photo that there is a new building being built on the corner where a great little restaurant called the Spaghetti Junction used to be. It's funny but only in Malta new buildings take several years to actually complete.
