I am looking for a Small room with : bed, matress, fan, table, chair and unit includes: bathroom with water heater, washing machine, fridge, internet.
I prefer a condo with safe, close to Plaza Sentral, comfort - friendly housemates 
My budget: 400 RM (including room rental,water and electric).
Move in: 23th March.
I'm an expat worker.
Any help would be appreciated!
