Better class opticians sell it, all over town (bigger cities/towns).
You can't get glass lenses here very easily so you might want to bring a few spares.
You should bring a bottle or two cleaner with you to tide you over until you locate your source. (Put in carry on or, if you have to check it because of those num-nuts in TSA - put it in a baggie before packing.
