I was looking for a job in Kuwait, and as a beginning I got 3 opportunities, then I stopped searching because I've chosen 1 and singed a job contract with them through the internet to start working by Sep. 2012.
suddenly now they telling me now that their visa quota is full and they face a problem (But they still work on fixing it).
I've spent so much time and money to get the documents which they requested to be done the way they need it, moreover I resigned from my work after I trained a new employee.
now what to do if they told me sorry we can't hire you this year, or you may try next year ?!!
it means I waste my job and time and money etc.. and for nothing ?
any suggestions ?

unfortunately Nina what you just said does in fact happen, quite often.
think of it this way. it is better that they informed you of this now, rather than bringing you here and then laying you off later, u'd be in a foreign land with no income and a rising expense list (food, dwelling, transport etc) and trust me, ive seen it happen to a person on this forum.
check and see if the other 2 options are still available.
