Relocation to Cairo - what to ask for in a "full expat package"?

My husband is being considered for a perm position in Cairo as the "Senior resident engineer" for a large development company. They have asked him to submit his "package expectations", and we need help! This would be an executive position, and we would be leaving the U.S. with our two school age daughters. What does the typical full expat package include?

Please help!!

1-Air tickets from and back to the US for the whole family.
2-Shipping of household and clearing customs i.e Door to door service for your belongings(if you want to take them, otherwise read #3).
3-Allowance for rent, if you won't bring your belongings then allowance for a furnished place. You can pay anywhere from $1200-$4000/month rent.
4-Car with a driver(Driving is off the chart insane in cairo).
5-Health insurance covering all the family members.
6-Seasonal membership in a sporting club(Very important, there is hardly any decent public parks here).

Depending on how comfortable you are, how desperate the employer is, and how much is the offered salary you could ask for tuition for your children education. The american school here will probably cost $7-10k each.

Good luck.
