Looking for second hand baby stuff

I'm a new mama in Cairo (Zamalek) and I would love to meet other mothers. I would guess the best way to find second hand baby clothes would be the used clothing market across the bridge from Zamalek. They sell lots of stuff and if you are any good at bargaining you can get some really good deals.

Also, meeting other mamas seems to be a good way to get in on the  used clothing market. I just gave away a ton of clothes to a local church, but would have been happy to give them as hand me downs had I known any one who wanted them.
