I am considering moving to Luanda with my partner and can't find any personal reports about the place less than 18 months old.
Anyone knows anything useful that would help - i will be working but my partner won't. I am concerned that she will get bored if she is unable to get out and about whilst i am at work.
We currently live in Cairo where there are restrictions but we can go out at night and my partner can walk in the day where we live without issue
