Lots of expats face troubles trying to buy items.
For instance some items have different local names. What is sold in the supermarket in one country, can be sold in the pharmacy in another country ..etc.

A response should ideally state type of store where the item is sold, address, telephone number or website, estimated price, local name (in both English and/or Local Language (i.e.: Arabic) .....etc.
