Determination: Never give up on your group and yourself

Think outside the box: You have to be special/different from the others. You have to think unconventionally = innovation

Confidence:  Show the others that they cannot mess with you. You are their leader.

Care: Even though I said you gotta be tough and show the others they can't mess with you, you also have to show you care about them. If you don't show interest in your group, they will not listen or cooperate with you

just do what you say and be responsible. gaining respect is something you earn so show them how good you are. a leader should also have a heart on what he do and not on what he wanted to do.

Self confidence and the ability to think fast about a given situation.
Of course, all that is useless unless you're able to project that confidence to others.

Well it depends who,s leader you want to become.Basically delivering upto the expectations of people whome you want to lead makes you a good leader.
