I am a Judge in Judiciary in India, who specializes in E-Courts.I and my friend are visiting Kampala between 20th March 2012 to 24th March, 2012 to attend a conference "ICT for Africa-2012" at Makerere University Business School. We need a safe accommodation near to conference venue.
