Connections, connections

Hello everyone. Would you be willing to help me find relevant connections and resources in finding hospitality jobs in Norway? We are a family of three (mum, dad, and 2 year old son) who live in the UK and we wish to leave the country and move somewhere with a much better quality of living. Im currently looking at Norway, Canada and Australia. I have family in Australia who are helping me get in touch with people in the hospitality sector however the only downside is that its super far from to travel for my husband who's family is here in the UK. Similar can be said for Canada hence why Norway is looking like a better option but we don't know anyone there. My husband is a chef and Im a housekeeper; we aren't sure if these jobs are in high demand. If they are, where can we start looking and who can we contact? We are primarily looking at the city of Oslo as the success rate for finding a job there is higher compared to places like Bergen, Trondheim and Alesund. Your help and advice will be greatly appreciated!
