Skills
Selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections.
Developing new Park Hyatt hotel in the market.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Communicate all client specifications to the appropriate operational departments. Ensure that all specifications are implemented and executed.
Working with Group accommodation, Events, Travel and Corporate segmentation.
Handling site inspections, Sales calls, business trips, cold calls.
Use property’s computerized sales management system to manage the hotel’s business, including generating reports, entering business, blocking space and building accounts.
Develop and distribute all communications relating to planning and execution of group functions, including, group resumes, banquet event orders (BEO's) and room sets according to established guidelines.
Generate timely sales reports.
Develop pricing schedules and rates.
Control expenses and monitor budgets.
Develop promotional ideas and material.
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
Planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company to achieve sales objectives.
