About

Reviews, analyzes and improves on a continuous basis the existing operational procedures in order to better facilitate the operation needs of the department.
Development of new system and processes to respond to new needs.
Documentation and dissemination of information pertaining to company business systems and processes.
Learn the departmental policies, applicable procedures and standard methodologies used in all reviews.
Interview and work closely with internal personnel to define and document workflows and procedures.
Prepare and update policies, procedures, documents and forms consistent with applicable standards.
Ensures all assigned tasks from and to the Office of the President are professionally and efficiently handled.
Responsible in daily office routine (receiving/screening of telephone calls, typing of documents, filing, etc) for the Office of the President.
In-charge of inventory replenishment and releasing of office supplies.
