The London branch, based in central London, is specialized in jobs and internships placements, english courses and accommodation for individuals and groups coming from Europe or beyond -
The successful team member will have specific responsibilities including:
- Processing accommodation bookings (host families, residences, househares and youth hostels) for individuals and groups in accordance with clients’ requirements ;
- Processing english courses bookings for individuals and groups liaising with our english schools partners;
- Processing extra services reservations for individuals and groups (taxi transfer, travel cards, SIM cards);
- Dealing with accommodation and schools partners to ensure quality expectations and optimised prices in collaboration with the Accommodation Reservation Supervisor;
- Visiting existing host families to maintain good collaborative relationship and keep our information up to date;
- Following up on individuals’ stays ;
- Following up on clients files and payments (individuals only);
- Participating to groups’ meetings to ensure our clients’ stays are running smoothly;
- Managing complaints efficiently;
- Working with and reporting to the Accommodation Reservation Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will:
- Well-developed planning, organizational, negotiating and decision-making skills;
- Be proactive, autonomous and organized with the ability to move from one task to another without losing momentum;
- Be a strong communicator, comfortable conversing with internal and external parties from all backgrounds and levels;
- Be persistent, diligent and a quick thinker able to respond effectively to changing situations and meet deadlines;
- Be a problems solver, comfortable dealing and negotiating with partners or suppliers;
- Be fluent in French and advanced in English;
- Have a strong computer and administrative skills literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
