Requirements:

• Must be fluent in written and conversational Romanian, with above average English communication skills

• Comfortable working in a call center environment (constant monitoring, pressure to perform, etc.)

• Proficient on the Internet, email, CRM, and Windows applications

• Good interpersonal skills

• Native speakers are encouraged to apply

• Willing to work on a flexible work schedule, including the graveyard shift and holidays

• Able to start immediately

• Willing to work in Makati, Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer service-related inquiries via live chat and email in a timely, accurate, and professional manner

• Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis

• Help achieve company-wide objectives while ensuring complete customer satisfaction in a “one contact” environment
