Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Provide a full range of personal assistant duties to the Managing Director.
Plan, arrange & manage appointments for the Managing Director.
Handling day to day secretarial matters.
Organizing of meeting and taking minutes of meeting.
Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (Telephone calls, emails, faxes, etc.) on behalf of the MD.
Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions and reports and prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the MD as well as commercial department.
Meet with individuals and others on behalf of the MD to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action.
Liaise with departmental and corporate staff and with other organizations and associations on behalf of the MD.
Organising meetings and event management as required.
Maintaining corporate files, staff files and new staff inductions.
Personal meet and greet of the corporate visitors including customers and suppliers.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and minute taking.
Arrange meetings with customers and suppliers as required for the MD.
Liaison between other staff and the MD.
Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way.
Maintenance of office equipments and provisioning of IT consultants (if required).
Provide assistance to the commercial department (as required).
Other traditional PA duties as required.
