- Coordinate with Business Development Manager to develop new and fruitful customer relationships
- Assist Business Development Manager in maintaining relationships with existing customers and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Visit plantation estates and contact customers regularly to attend to customers’ requests, needs and problems
- Compile and inform the management, sales and service department of new findings and problems and suggest possible solutions
- Be attentive to details in problems encountered by customers
- Possess good Emotional Intelligence (EQ) skills
- Provide solid and timely after sales service support

- At least SPM/STPM or higher qualification
- Energetic and willing to embark on frequent travelling
- Willing to learn and explore unchartered waters
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skill and keen to meet and interact with broad range of people
- Strong desire and passionate to resolve problems, whether within organisation or from customers
- Possess with valid Class D license
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, sales & engineering background and literacy with agricultural machinery will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft office softwars
- Proficient in English (written or verbal), Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Preferably aged between 30-45 years old
