La BKK me prélève 15 THB par mois au motif Commission/Annual Fee
Pour 15 THB je n'ai pas envie de faire la queue à mon agence pour entendre l'employé ne pas savoir répondre.
Par contre j'attends avec impatience la réponse du patron des cartes de crédit (les vraies) à mon courrier EMS du 22 février que voici

I have received your letter reference C012021/0954735 and I would like to share my observations and wishes with you.
I believe that information you sent to National Credit Bureau are wrong! Because you say that each card has 100,000 Baht of credit. This is not true, because the possible purchase amount with my two cards is 100,000 Baht in total.
According to the current operation system, the amount of a purchase made with one of my cards is immediately deducted from the limits of the other card. In fact one purchase affects both cards simultaneously.
Another point, the word "credit" should also be used wisely. In fact Bangkok Bank does not give me any real credit at all since the bank keep a guarantee of 100,000 Baht on my account ZZZZZZZZ. And I cannot use it without returning my cards. The use of the word "credit" is therefore totally inappropriate.
And worse, I cannot use this sum when I have to justify my assets to immigration to renew my visa, since it does not appear in "available balance" on the documents you provide on such occasion
Frankly speaking, I find that the constraints you impose on me are very restrictive and do not take into account the history of our relations since January 2016.
It would be nice if you could find a solution so that the 100,000 Baht guarantee you
are keeping can be in “available balance” so that I can use this amount with immigration.
What can you do?
Please note that immigration impose to keep 200,000 Bahts in Bank during 12 months prior renewal a visa.
In addition, there was a problem when sending my cards whose validity expired in February. Your services have used an address that has expired since April 2020, almost a year! However, I informed my branch at Central Plaza in Udon Thani of the new address in April 2020.
Why the update of the data of the cards division is not directly linked to the data of the branch?
