Have you tried to do a search on Google? 
It is mentioned on the Maldives immigration website that in fact a medical check-up is required for a work visa.
Here is the link; https://immigration.gov.mv/work-visa/

I got work permit visa from maldives.
But I have lungs scar it can make any issue in maldives medical fitness?
