Hi,

I want to know to where I can file a complaint about a faulty flat which was been raised to the management for couple of time and claimed that they have already fixed it. Unfortunately, after the rain, inside the house was flooded again and some of the furnitures and bed mattress were soaked in water. We sent an email and spoke to manager but told us that we must finish the existing contract and we cannot terminate it despite the unresolved problems. Molds arw everywhere too.

You can visit Public authority of consumer protection Oman. Go through the web portal at http://pacp.gov.om/  and get all the related info about the address, contact numbers etc.  You can register a complaint there and follow up.
