It depends on which island, which town, whether it is furnished or unfurnished, and the age of the building.

On the island of Santiago, in the country's capital, an unfurnished 3-bedroom (T3) in a good neighborhood and in a fairly modern building will run €350-400 per month. If it is fully furnished, it will be €500-750 per month.

Rents in the tourist islands of Sal or Boavista will be 50% higher (very high demand from Europeans). Rents in São Vicente will be 20-25% higher (lack of supply).

Rents in the smaller islands islands and in rural outlying areas of the more populated islands will be 20-30% cheaper depending on how far away from the population center you are.

It is very difficul to find furnished apartments.
