Hello  :)
I have a scholarship for two years as a researcher and I get with this scholarship a short stay of Six months in Germany.
My plan is that after my research completion, it means at the end of the scholarship, I will move in Hessen with my family.
Returning home is not mandatory but of course it doesn't mean I can stay.
They just said that if I want to stay to look for a job I will benefit an extension of 6 months of my insurance.
So, i want to know how to get a work visa. Do I need to have a contract from an institution or a company?
Is there someone who lived the same story?

Thank you

After completing studies in Germany, you can get a certain visa extension for your job search - I think it is a year or even 1.5 years. Contact your local Ausländeramt for this!
Once you found a job, you can convert your visa to a work permit. Again, contact your Ausländeramt with the signed employment contract.
