Spotahome is a spanish start-up that moved its headquarters to London in 2019, 100% online booking platform.

It has no connection with the Portuguese real estate market, maybe it has a partnership with some portuguese agency (?)... Here no one has heard about this start up. The problems arising from this are easy to guess. Non-transparent business, the ads presented may not even be up to dated...

I suggest you not to use these kind of platforms. You should focus on real estate agencies in Portugal. If you want to rent a house in Lisbon or elsewhere, see the link below to get an idea of the market prices, establish contacts by email with more than one real state agency, make visit reservations so that when you come to Lisbon, you can dedicate a whole week to visit places and do a contract. It's my oppinion, if it's worth anything...

In particular, the followings:  ERA, CenturyXXI, Easygest, Remax, ... with physical presence, with retail shops located near the interest areas for you. Thus they can suggest best options, and guide you personally in the visits.  Renting or buying a house should always be a business with physical presence and not 100% online transactions...
