Running a B&B in Spain?

Hi
I have a house in Murcia but I live most of the year in London. Im thinking of buying a 4/5 bedroom house by the coast in costa brava and running it as a B&b living there permanently. I am really looking for advice as a novice to this business. Can anyone advise me if it is easy to apply for all the relevant paperwork/licences to run a residential home as a B&b? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
