I am asking if there is a South African Woman's Association in Accra ?, there was in Lagos Nigeria when we lived there and this was a very busy group of South African Expat's wives.

There is some form of South African women's organisation as they usually organise a morning tea fund raiser once a year. A lot of South African women join NAWA which is North American but not exclusively so.
