Driving school

hello, is there a driving school for cars? could not find one. thank you

Well, if there is, they sure have not graduated many (any?) students.  :o

I have seen cars around Corozal with a big letter L on the front & back which is the symbol for a student driver at the wheel.
I am sorry I have no contact info for whoever is doing it

And Will is right, they can't have graduated many driving students.
Defensive driving is the key to survival on the roads down here. I drove a log truck down here for about 10 years. It was amazing the things people would do faced with 100,000 lbs of truck & logs  coming at them.
Little regard for safety, common sense, or even the laws of physics.

I bet that was just the Busses.  The L plates only denote a learner driver at the wheel not that any other person is an instructer. Old British system carry over, where anyone with a learner's license could drive a car so long as accompanied by a full license holder. To get the full Belize license is supposed to require a test from DMV, but no need to prove you have had any actual lessons. As  a result all the bad driving habits get passed on with each new driver.
