Hi all, Need some advice please. My circumstances: offered a position with current company with a basic 32000aed a month, school for 3 children , medical for all, housing, car allowance, and one annual flight home; all as extra benefits. we want to live but also save. is this possible with this package. I'm just not sure day to day living will suffice on this with savings as well. We're from Ireland

It is all dependent on your lifestyle. Read some of the threads on the forum where this topic has been discussed a lot of times to get an idea of what the costs are like depending on choices.
This amount could lead to quite a bit of saving or it could lead to zero savings. That all depends on how you want to live. We can't give any guidance unless you specify the kind of needs that you have.

Thanks for reply. Our aim is not to eat out much, maybe 2-3 times a months (same as home country). Have swimming classes for the kids. Maybe cinema or play center. Other than that mostly beach. We don't plan on getting sucked in to the constant lure to depart cash. School holidays kids will be back home.
Kids are 2,6,8. Only eldest two will go to school
