I have a subscription in one paid app. My account there is registered in Philippines so if I want to top-up, I need to go in one of the following stores and pay there:
-Bayad center
-Cebuana
-LBC
-R
-SM
However, I am not physically located in Philippines so looking for someone who can pay my invoices for additional payment.
Invoice amount is between 2 and 8 US dollars so nothing really big or serious.
I am looking for a long-term cooperation (as I plan to use app for many years).
Alternative: please help or suggest how to create virtual Philippines credit card or phone number.

I used a globe phone number once, and received a verification SMS on the phone. Entered it on my phone.
I now have basically a pH phone as far as the app is concerned.
I have unused sim card. They are free in the Cebu airport upon arrival.
