Is it possible to pay Dependent fees for only the next half of the year? I am planning to move mid of 2019 and It appears that if we select only 6 months in Alien Control it calculates the fees for only 6 months but is it even possible to pay for 6 months?

No, you need to pay a year from your iqama renewal date else your iqama doesn't get renewed
