My Family and I will be moving to Portugal in March 2019 (around the Algave coast) and looking for long term rentals? Can anybody recommend any good real estates around the area? I will be visiting the Algave in 2 weeks to look for accommodation, schools, etc...

I think you could worse than contact Maureen Edes at https://algarveedenproperties.com/. She does sales, rentals, property management etc and her husband, Nigel, does removals. They are based around Montechoro, just outside Albufeira.
Depending whereabouts you wish to relocate, there are two schools I know of, and have visited, that may be of interest.
One is the VVIS International School near Burgau, http://vvis.org/ and the other is the International School at Lagoa/Porches. The latter has recently joined forces with another School I have seen (but not visited) at Almancil. https://nobelalgarve.com/
