hi everyone does anyone know a genuine landlady or landlord who has a property me and my two children could rent for around two weeks near the algarve in december of this year for an xmas getaway, im a down to earth clean and respectfull guy with two children 10 and 12, we love the algarve and hopefully in the next few years hope to be moveing out there, many thanks Adrian

Check any site that has a search engine for finding real-estates. One of the most popular ones is casa sapo. It has many filters to help you find what you are long for (pricing, area, size etc.)

Guess not, then you can check out adds post on olx - http://olx.pt/imoveis/casas-de-ferias/a … ption%5D=1 - make contacts trought there. Can reach http://www.abritel.fr/ , airbnb and other real estate present in the área desired, wich is a secure way to acess a portfolio of "genuine" landlords... have a real lease contract and make a safe reservation for period wanted.
You can always hire a virtual assistant trought elance.com or similar places, to screen out and make contacts with owners but rarely they will present a rental contract, so its up to you to find genuine.
