Hi and welcome to the Forum.
My advice would be to use AirBnB at first, then use that time to find somewhere suitable for work, the commute and social activities.

I will look for AirBnb too to buy some more time and look for better options.
AirBnb is looking little costly for me, so trying to find permanent place as quick as possible.
