Hi Guys,
I'm Noel Teodoro from Philippines and currently working here in Sohar Oman in one of the Orpic Plastic project.
I just want to ask help in regards to my driving license, I have my Qatar driving license but expired 6 years ago now, and also I don't have the original ID card with me, what I'm holding now is the scan copy only, My plan is to get an Oman driving license here, my question is do I have to go for driving test?, Did they allow a scan copy of my Qatar license as a proof?
Please advise me what to do and to have things make easy.

Hi Teodoro62,
Since none of what you have from Qatar would be considered as valid, you would have to start it all from scratch ... unfortunately.
