Hi,

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge with business visas? Can I work anywhere in Vietnam with one?

Hi and welcome,

A b-visa needs a sponsor who invites you to VN to undertake business/professional activities for/in his/her organization for a limited period of time. Legally speaking, you can't work in VN for more than 3 months on a b-visa.

That said, b-visas are now readily available through online visa agents. However you never know who your sponsor is.

You can come to VN on b-visa to look for jobs but once you land a job, you must ask your employer to apply for your Work Permit within three months. That's it.

Yes you can find an employer anywhere in VN.
