Hi,
My name is Annas Alhomsi, I live in Amman, Jordan.
I have been offered a managing director position in a company that will be established in Saigon. This company is a subsidiary of my current employer.
I registered in Expat.com to explore things about Vietnam, such as schools, apartments rent and monthly salaries of such positions.

Sorry, officially I don't think there would be any. However, you should contact General Consulates of Arab countries such as Kuwait, Qatar etc to find out if they hold something such as limited educational groups at certain levels in Arabian language. Wish you luck
