Try Yersin Market (Dan Sinh market) in D1.
Check this site www.fanfan.vn.
I see, they have stores in D1 and Tan Binh.

Quan Gio, Luu van Lang Street, which is on the east side of Central Market (Cho Ben Thanh) for gortex jackets and liners. I paid 800,000dong three years ago. They are cheaper in Hanoi.
