When a society cover the medical insurance comprehensive insurance , what does mean ? my wife is pregnant and if she will get birth in the hospital of UAE . So i will not pay to the hospital?

in fact it vary depending on which company your insurance is with . and what the policy said . in some cases, there is waiting period mainly for pregnancy , other cases you need to pay some share as % of the cost . some also will just approve some hospitals . ill recommend you to call your insurance provider and ask them directly , this is the only way to ensure other wise all will be guessing.
