gud day, please kindly answer, why my SCE account stiil on process, already 2 month finish i upload my documents since dec.18,2020 last year but until now still indicate as on progress status.. my membership coming expired already and i cant come to SCE office due to covid issue and im very far province my location to reach SCE, please advice thank you..

im based always tru online to monitor my SCE account, and i try to call SCE hotline tru automatic operator but nobody answer to inquire my concern.. please help us..

i m Amjad Sultan, i came here in Saudi on the iqama of material technician,
in 2018 i submit the letter of my employer attested by the Chamber of commerce and my temporary  membership renewed.
now the Saudi engineering council asking for permanent membership, i submit my 1 year diploma, my membership renewed,
but now i received Email from Tadkeek, they ask me the institution in Pakistan cannot verify my diploma.
my iqama already renewed.
what i can do now?
is there will b any Problem?
please anyone now regarding this please inform me.

Yes, they will not renew your membership next time.
You will need to change your profession or provide valid diploma for current profession.

Hi! Everyone, I applied as techinian for renewal of iqama in SEC. I'm undergradute with my course and I dont have diploma. I uploaded my transcrit of records, certificate of license and other credentials but It was rejected. Can I be still qualified for renewal of iqama even without diploma? I been working in saudi for 8 years already. Please help me what to do.

NO.
You need to get that registration.
Go to SCE and talk to them.
By the way what is your profession?

sallam, i just wnat to know can i renew my membership twice bcz my profession is general system analyst and my degree is Businesse administration system track if i upload my documents, will they accept my degree or not?

Kindly reply need urgent help.

No, they will not accept it for your current profession.
You will need to change your profession.

Now profession is blocked i can't change, is there any other option i can do to renew my iqama, if yes kindly guide me.

You need to get SCE registration according to your degree.
And before all this talk to your company HR.

And remember, if you get SCE registration then you need to change your profession before iqama expiry.

You can try my friend.
But i told you the truth.
Check this forum. There are so many people with profession like yours and they are rejecting them due to degree difference.
I am a draftsman and there is more than 12 categories of draftsman so i am not eligible for 11 others.
Think about it.
The SCE needs a proper degree or diploma related to the profession.

You have submitted incomplete documents or wrong ones.
What is your diploma and how did you upload it?

I submitted diploma of surveyor one year .but know college is of and also forget to attach marksheet
Know they asked me to fill the appeal form and submit again for verification .
I have 2 diploma in same profison 2006 to 2007 and 2013 to 2014 different colleges
I just want to know in appeal form there is one page writing like that( New or different diploma submitted if any) so can I submit my diploma of surveyor which was not submitted before 2013 to 2014.Are only I can appeal on my first diploma submitted which is 2006 to 2007?

You need attested diploma with marking sheet.
Do you have any attested diploma from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan?
It does not matter if the diploma is from 2007 or 2013.

No.
They will not accept it for mechanical draftsman.
You can get registration as general draftsman or draftsman.

They need one year diploma.
Yes, you should have at least one year diploma.

I'm a 2020 engineer graduate from EMU located in turkey, when i try to register in SCE i get stuck in ENGINEERING EDUCATION section with a message that says "You are not allowed to register in saudi council of engineers"
I don't even get to the upload documents section.
Please help.

on appeal form there is 4 page and page no 3 there is they asking select documents which you submitted one option is there (NEW OR DIFFERENT CERTIFICATE SUBMITTED IF ANY)


know i think van we submit new diploma certificate or no ?

You can not get registration till 2025.
Because SCE needs 5 years of experience.

hmmm, are you sure?, I've friends who graduated from the same university and they registered as engineers and they didn't face this problem. The only difference is that they graduated 2019.

If you have 4 years degree then it is the law right now.
No one get the SCE registration as an engineer without 5 years experience.

Hi All,

I have just submitted the documents for the SCE registration as my visa says "General Mechanical Engineer". After reading this forum with numerous rejection cases, I started to get worried.

I received my Bachelor Degree from UK University in Mechanical Eng. but it was a 2 years degree top-up program as I did 5 years diploma before that. I also have 11 years work experience around the world (outside KSA).

My question is, will my application be rejected because of my 2 years degree program? Or should I request the HR to change my visa profession? FYI - I was not told to attested my diploma (only degree). Can anyone advise what will be the worst case scenario. Perhaps Arsal7 can help to answer.
