Please visit SCE office to expedite. Since you hold an engineering degree you may not be eligible to register as a technician. If you go directly to their office, they would help you out. Do not worry

I'm from india. This month Jan 2020 i have been applied on SCE for engineering membership but they send massage like “Please access your profile to complete the inefficiencies” when i login into SCE website they asking to “attach your professional membership detail from your country”
In India they not provide any professional membership.
How to get accepted my application.My iqama expired soon.please help

my iqama profession is PRODUCTION ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

My work experience in KSA is 1 year and 3 months

I uploaded the Degree cirtifiacte (4 year BE Mrchanical) and All marksheets of the 4 years of degree in SCE profile.

also on my profile of SCE there showing membership typr technicain on profile page.

pls tell me how to fix this.thanks.

I think ur profession is under technician catagory..u can check with SCE site. I had faced this issue same as u..
They will not accept my certificates without 5 year experience.. also u can't change ur profession into engineer in jawazat due to this problem.. finally it will rejected..this going to exit stage.. actually no one as any idea about this SCE.. Better ways r....

Pls call to customer care and tell to them actual issue..and make ticket and follow up...

Next way pls go to ur near SCE office..(with any saudi gy.. that's good)..and tell them actual issue..and how to solve it..



If u didn't get any option at last..u can change profession with jawazat. That is not included in SCE..and that way u can renew iqama..otherways
iqama will expire when u renew iqama..u will get time think ,, what to do ..

I think SCE ok with my degree certificate and acadamic marksheets.
but they need additional attachment as they asked "attach your proffesional membership detail of your country"
they also asked same thing from you? and how you solved the issue.

I reached with unified help number to resolve this issue, i follow their instruction and Registration successfully done.

However, any expat who enter the Kingdom with an engineering profession visa, and applied to SCE, but rejected due to non-compliance, should apply for profession change to an appropriate non-engineering profession through the Labor Office. A temporary approval for 10 days will be granted for the legal process upon submission of a written agreement by the employer.

Did anyone faced any issue with Master Degree ?
My Iqama profession is General System Analyst. This month my iqama renewal is due and i had to register with SCE as a technician.
I uploaded all my documents only along with my Master degree (MCA) which is attested by Saudi council back in india.
The next day i got the message "access profile to complete inefficiencies" .

I check the portal, there was the message to upload my bachelor degree and transcripts.  My  bachelor degree is not attested , anyhow i uploaded the same and since than waiting  without any intimation or message on Profile or SMS.


Any one has any idea regarding this ?

You should upload your transcript also( if transcript not available all semester original result should be upload)

You should also upload experience letter authorized by your company  if you have experience in same company

If still no news you can contact on unified help number on SCE website

SCE rejected my registration due to less than 5 years of experience which is Going to be completed 5 years in coming june 2020.  I have requested to approve as It is only 2 months then they said they will try to approve in April. Just want confirm is that statement given by saudi guys is genuine or they just want to avoid me for that time

Please help with your suggestions

dear, that time, you can renew your iqama with registration of SEC. you must upload attested diploma or degree then you can. otherwise you must change your profession.
do you have diploma or degree related to your profession?

i have attested certificate of MCA , SCE is not accepting master degree. also profession change for computer technician is already blocked.

Computer / Network technician professions are LOCKED !! you cannot change profession for particularly this profession. I've confirmed it just yesterday. The only possibility to renew the iqama is to ask HR to prepare a letter addressing to SCE to renew temporary membership for another year. This will allow you enough time to prepare your documents for submission. Yes, you can renew the membership temporarily (twice).

I have uploaded my graduation certificate ( B.sc electronics) with Saudi attested  , Marks sheet ,

Your degree is not related to your selected profession.
Now, go to the SCE office and talk to them. And they will guide you on which profession you can select.

Is 1 year diploma is acceptable for computer technician ? And the diploma is attested from uae embassy ,I uploaded certificate and mark sheet by using convert temp to permanent on Jan 11 still showing in progress .

It would take up to 30 days. But i am not sure if they are going to accept it as SCE is acting very strange towards computer/IT-related professions.

My profession is now general and I'm bachelor degree holder of computer science so anyone guide me that which one profession will be best for me and will be accepted from SCE.
Also 5 yaer experience will be complete in july in the field of IT.
