I am on a budget and Megacable only has a few USA stations and has a terrible reputation. Has anyone figured a way to get around this?

I was in San Miguel last week and successfully streamed my psvue subscription using an Android tablet and tunnelbear app. Cast it to a roku. Worked flawlessly.
