Hard to say. I'm not the best person to give you an advice regarding the opportunity.

You may need to look for an expat that is more familiar or try checking out large horizontal construction companies. A lot of large companies would love to have an expat of your experience in their company roster since the company image is a big thing here. Someone of your experience can give a company a big boost on their Sustaining Technical Employee roster and pad their company profile.
