I agree. If you provide some more detail, it would be easier to assist.
If your background is covered the current Quota list as published by the South African Department of Home Affairs, you can apply for a Quota Work Permit. You do not need a job offer to apply for this permit, however you will need to have the correct qualifications and a minimum of 5 years work experience.
If you do not qualify for a Quota Work Permit, you can still apply for a General Work Permit. Here the key requirement is a job offer first.
