I will be coming to France soon and want to take a cheese factory tour in either Paris or Toulouse. Are there any tours where I can actually go into a factory and see the whole cheese making process?

I don't know about factories, but there are some cheese farms near Meaux where visitors can get a guided tour and watch brie being made Meaux is not far from Paris.
