Starting up a business in Sri Lanka

Bonjour, i m a french going 3 to 6 month per in lankasince 9 years;
The problem since long time is than when your not in colombo , it s really hard to get real informations
since the end of the war, the country s changing and it s the right time to thinkof doing something in lanka
So my question s a basic one ,what to do be owner of a compagny
how much tax have to pay

And what s the easiest way to find a job for a french english speaker working in consutling and gestion

We are planning to move to Sri Lanka shortly and would like to set up a small buisness that will help generate local jobs & provide training of various sorts.

Likely areas are construction, textiles, guest house, outdoor adventure / sports
